Terms of Use:
1. The RFID ID card issued is solely intended for use by the Member (or their Dependent) to whom it is issued. The
authorized member’s name is printed on each RFID ID card.
2. Usage of RFID ID card by any person other than the member who’s name is printed on the card (or their dependents)
shall be considered unauthorized usage.
3. Strict action will be taken against any unauthorized person found to be using the NSCI RFID ID card.
4. In case of unauthorized usage by another person, action may also be taken against the member to whom the RFID ID
Card was issued.
5. In case unauthorized use is suspected, the Club has the right to de-activate any RFID ID card till further inquiry.
6. In case of loss of RFID ID card, the member must inform the club by email or by letter requesting de-activation of
said card. The club shall not be held responsible for any damages arising due to any unauthorized usage of lost card.
7. The details of transactions carried out using the RFID ID card may be shared to the member’s email and phone. The
club shall use SMS and / or Whatsapp and / or Emails to share invoices, notices, publicity for events etc. The member
hereby allows the club to contact them by these electronic means.
8. The member is solely responsible for keeping contact information like address, phone number, email etc. up-to-date in
the club records. The club shall not be held responsible for any issues arising due to the same.
9. In case the member forgets to carry their issued RFID ID card, they can have a temporary RFID ID card made at the
reception for a nominal cost of Rs. 100/- This temporary RFID ID card shall have limited validity.
10. In order to replace a lost RFID ID card at the member’s request, the club shall charge Rs. 200/-.
11. The Club reserves the right to change / update the above Terms of Use at any point without prior notice.
