Rules
(Timings for booking /enquiries are from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.)
- Area Rent Are Required To Be Deposited At The Time Of Booking
- 100% Payment Will Be Made 15 Days Before The Function
- Venue Charges will be forfeited in case of cancellation within one month.
- Following Charges will be levied in addition VAT – food & Soft drinks.Taxes as applicable .Extra chairs / tables / carpet.
- No left over can be taken home by either the hosts or the guest.
- Loss or breakages of crockery, cutlery, glassware etc. will be paid by the member booking the party.
- Loss/damage to club property e.g. flower pots, furnishing, fittings and so on will be paid for by the member booking the party.
- After noon parties must be over by 3 p.m. and evening parties by 11 p.m.
- The host to be presents till the termination of the party and will be responsible for the conduct of his guests.
- Ayahas, drivers and servants, will not be allowed to have food in the party.
- Following charges are required to be deposited at the time of booking.
a.) Venue Charges 100%
b.) 50% of the menu approximately.
c.) 100% in advance 15 days prior to the Function
- Member Hosting the party may kindly ensure that all party Vouchers are signed on completion of the party . No alterations will be entertained after the signatures.
- All club functions will have priority over the parties. In such cases club reserves the right to change the venue.
- Members are to clear the final bill after the party.
- MEMBERS BELOW 25 YEARS WILL NOT BE SERVED LIQUOR FOR ANY PARTY WHERE DRINKS ARE REQUIRED TO THE SERVED.
- THE MEMBERS HOSING THE PARTY WILL ENSURE THAT THE EXCISE REGULATIONS ARE OBSERVED BY THE GUESTS DURING THE PARTY. ONLY CLUB LIQUOR BE SERVED IN THE AREAS THAT ARE HAVING RESERVED.
- A party above 50 persons valet is compulsory.
- Cars will be parked outside the Club house.
- Refund if any will be credited to members account.
- No music will be played after 10 p.m.
Note:- Members are responsible for the safe custody of their belongings, i.e. Mobiles / Purses etc. Fee / Rates are subject to change.
