The member must vacate the room at the appointed date and time i.e. check out at 12 noon
Request for extension of stay can be considered provided the same room is not booked for another person or if any other room is available.
The resident members and their guests shall be properly dressed while in the club.
Single ladies guests are not permitted in the rooms
Members are requested to sign the register kept at the entry gate and also enter the names of their guests
Members are requested to note that the same guest is not permitted to use the Club more than 4 times in a month

Room service is available in the chamber during following hours

7:00 A.M to 10:00 A.M.

Bed Tea and Breakfast

1:00 P.M to 02:30 P.M.

Lunch in the Dining Hall

4:00 P.M to 09:00 P.M.

Tea and Snacks

No charge if cancelled before 24 Hrs.

50% charge cancelled within 24 Hrs.

For Guests:

50% cancellation charges if cancellation 6 days before

75% cancellation charges if cancellation 2 days before

100% cancellation charges if cancellation same day
